Since my personal career of choice was education and since I served as Superintendent of Schools for 19 years during my career, I had the opportunity to work with and supervise many, many people throughout that career. One might say that I have the ability to “read” a person’s ability even during many telephone conversations. At all times, during our verbal interactions, Robert conducted himself in a highly professional manner and appeared to always put the interests of his customers first and foremost. I always found him open to suggestions and recommendations while, at the same time, serving his superiors in a highly admirable manner. One of the strongest characteristics displayed by Robert during my contact with him was his high degree of accessibility. I always felt that I could contact Robert at any time with my concerns and questions about the progress of the project on which he was working. One of his standard responses at the end of each of our telephone conversations was “Call me on my cell phone if you have any more questions.” He also always kept his word when he told me he was going to be calling me back to give me a report on the project for which he was supervisor.
