Our first impression of Robert was that he was a very knowledgeable person, not only about mold but also about so many other things that came up as we moved further into the matter. The first thing that he did, after looking closely at the condition of our garden home, was to give us a quick lesson on mold and mold spores. The second thing that we learned about Robert was that he has very high standards, both personal and work. Whether these standards are self-enforced or company policy doesn’t matter to us so much as the principled way that Robert has gone about adhering to them.
