Please be advised that I recently had the misfortune of having my home infested with mold and mildew. However, I was extremely fortunate to have Robert in charge of my cleanup. Robert was always available to us via telephone as we were several thousand miles away during the cleanup. Robert called every evening, even on Sunday to advise us what was happening, what needed to be done, and when it would happen. We were both recovering from surgery and other physical ailments and having Robert taking care of everything certainly lessened our stress level.
